حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ

الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Ismā‘īl narrated to us, Sa‘īd narrated to us, from Qatādah, from al-Ḥasan, from Samurah ibn Jundub, who said: The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: “The two parties to a sale have the option [to cancel] as long as they have not separated.”
