English Translation
Yaḥyā ibn Sa‘īd narrated to us, Ibn Abī ‘Arūbah narrated to us, from Qatādah, from al-Ḥasan, from Samurah, from the Prophet ﷺ who said: ‘The hand is responsible for what it has taken until it returns it.’ Then al-Ḥasan forgot and said: He is not liable.
