حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَحَمَّادٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَس
َنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ زَوَّجَهَا وَلِيَّانِ فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا وَأَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ بَاعَ بَيْعًا مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا

English Translation
Rawḥ narrated to us, Hishām ibn Abī ‘Abd Allāh and Hammād narrated to us, from Qatādah, from al-Ḥasan, from Samurah: the Prophet ﷺ of Allah ﷺ said: ‘Whichever woman is given in marriage by two guardians, she belongs to the first of them; and whichever man makes a sale to two men, it belongs to the first of them.’
