Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ عَن قَتَادَةَ عَن الْحَسَنِ عَن سَمُرَةَ أَنَّ يَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ كَانَ يَوْمًا مَطِيرًا فَأَمَرَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُنَادِيَهُ أَنَّ الصَّلَاةَ فِي الرِّحَالِ حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَن الْحَسَنِ عَن سَمُرَةَ مِثْلَهُ سَوَاءً
English Translation
‘Affān narrated to us, Hammām narrated to us, from Qatādah, from al-Ḥasan, from Samurah: On the day of Ḥunayn, it was a rainy day, and the Prophet ﷺ commanded his caller to announce: ‘The prayer is in the dwellings.’ (‘Affān narrated to us, Abān narrated to us, Qatādah narrated to us, from al-Ḥasan, from Samurah, similarly to the last.)
