حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ أَخْبَرَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَن الْحَسَنِ عَن سَمُ

رَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الرَّجُلَانِ الْمَرْأَةَ فَالْأَوَّلُ أَحَقُّ وَإِذَا اشْتَرَى الرَّجُلَانِ الْبَيْعَ فَالْأَوَّلُ أَحَقُّ

English Translation
‘Affān narrated to us, Hammād narrated to us, Qatādah informed us, from al-Ḥasan, from Samurah: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ‘When two men marry (the same) woman, she belongs to the first; and when two men purchase the same sale, it belongs to the first.’
