حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ زَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَس
َنُ قَالَ وَأَخْبَرَنِي رَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي سَلِيطٍ قَالَ دُفِعْتُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ الْمُسْلِمُ أَخُو الْمُسْلِمِ لَا يَظْلِمُهُ وَلَا يَخْذُلُهُ التَّقْوَى هَاهُنَا التَّقْوَى هَاهُنَا مَرَّتَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثًا وَأَشَارَ بِيَدِهِ إِلَى صَدْرِهِ

English Translation
Hushaym narrated to us, ‘Alī ibn Zayd informed us, al-Ḥasan narrated to us, who said: A man from Banū Salīṭ informed me, saying: I was brought to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and heard him say: ‘The Muslim is the brother of the Muslim; he does not wrong him nor abandon him. Taqwā is here, taqwā is here’ — and he pointed to his chest.
