حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ نَصْرِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْهُمْ أَنَّهُ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَسْلَمَ عَلَى أَنَّهُ لَا يُصَلِّي إِلَّا صَلَاتَيْنِ فَقَبِلَ ذَلِكَ مِنْهُ
English Translation
Muḥammad ibn Ja‘far narrated to us, Shu‘bah narrated to us, from Qatādah, from Naṣr ibn ‘Āṣim, from a man among them: He came to the Prophet ﷺ and accepted Islam on condition that he would only pray two prayers (daily), and the Prophet ﷺ accepted that from him.
