حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ قَالَ ثَنَا أَبِي قَالَ ثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ أَبِي هِنْدٍ قَالَ ثَنَا
عَاصِمُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَن صَفْوَانَ بْنِ مُحْرِزٍ قَالَ قَالٍَ أَبُو مُوسَى إِنِّي بَرِيءٌ مِمَّنْ بَرِئَ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ وَرَسُولُهُ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَرِئَ مِمَّنْ حَلَقَ وَسَلَقَ وَخَرَقَ

English Translation
ʿAbd al-Ṣamad narrated to us, he said: my father narrated to us, he said: Dāwūd ibn Abī Hind narrated to us, he said: ʿĀṣim ibn Sulaymān narrated to us, from Ṣafwān ibn Muḥriz who said: Abū Mūsā said: I am free of those whom Allah and His Messenger ﷺ are free of. Indeed the Messenger of Allah ﷺ is free of the one who shaves, wails loudly, and tears his garments.
