ʿAbd al-Ṣamad narrated to us, he said: Abū Qudāmah al-Ḥārith ibn ʿUbayd al-Īyādī narrated to us, he said: Abū ʿImrān — meaning al-Jawnī — narrated to us, from Abū Bakr ibn ʿAbd Allāh ibn Qays, from his father, that the Prophet ﷺ said: ‘The gardens of Firdaws are four: two of gold — their adornments, their vessels, and all that is in them; and two of silver — their vessels, their adornments, and all that is in them. There is nothing between the people and seeing their Lord عز وجل except the Cloak of Grandeur upon His Face in the Garden of Eden. These rivers gush forth from the Garden of Eden, then they branch out after that.’
