حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ الْحُوَيْرِثِ وَهُوَ أَبُو سُلَيْمَانَ أَنَّهُمْ أَتَوْا النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى
اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ هُوَ وَصَاحِبٌ لَهُ أَوْ صَاحِبَانِ لَهُ فَقَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَيْنِ لَهُ أَيُّوبُ أَوْ خَالِدٌ فَقَالَ لَهُمَا إِذَا حَضَرَتْ الصَّلَاةُ فَأَذِّنَا وَأَقِيمَا وَلْيَؤُمَّكُمَا أَكْبَرُكُمَا وَصَلُّوا كَمَا تَرَوْنِي أُصَلِّي

English Translation
It was narrated from Malik ibn al-Huwayrith, who is Abu Sulayman, that he and a companion — or two companions — came to the Prophet ﷺ. He said to them: 'When the time of prayer comes, call the adhan and the iqama, and let the elder among you lead the prayer, and pray as you see me pray.'
