حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ وَابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ بْنِ أُسَامَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ جُلُودِ السِّبَاعِ
English Translation
It was narrated from the father of Usama ibn Abi al-Malih that a man partially freed his slave, and the matter was brought to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'He is to be freed completely — all of him, for there is no partial freedom. Allah is not thanked by half.'
