حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ أَخْبَرَنَا قَتَادَةُ أَنَّ أَبَا الْمَلِيحِ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ يَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ كَانَ يَوْمًا مَطِيرًا فَأَمَرَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُنَادِيَهُ يُنَادِي الصَّلَاةُ فِي الرِّحَالِ
English Translation
It was narrated from the father of Usama ibn Abi al-Malih that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave judgment concerning a slave who had been partially freed that his owner must complete the emancipation, and the slave then serves him proportionally for his remaining obligation.
