Hadith #388

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Rifa'a (may Allah be pleased with him) that he came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ while he was delivering a sermon and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, a stranger has come asking about his religion — he does not know what his religion is.' He turned toward him, had a chair brought for him, sat on it, and began to teach him from what Allah, Exalted be He, had taught him. He then returned to his sermon.
