Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَرْجِسَ قَالَ تَرَوْنَ هَذَا الشَّيْخَ يَعْنِي نَفْسَهُ كَلَّمْتُ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
وَأَكَلْتُ مَعَهُ وَرَأَيْتُ الْعَلَامَةَ الَّتِي بَيْنَ كَتِفَيْهِ وَهِيَ فِي طَرَفِ نُغْضِ كَتِفِهِ الْيُسْرَى كَأَنَّهُ جُمْعٌ يَعْنِي الْكَفَّ الْمُجْتَمِعَ وَقَالَ بِيَدِهِ فَقَبَضَهَا عَلَيْهِ خِيلَانٌ كَهَيْئَةِ الثَّآلِيلِ

English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn Sarjis (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: 'You see this old man — he means himself — I spoke with the Prophet of Allah ﷺ and ate with him. I saw the mark between his shoulders on the edge of his left shoulder blade, like a clenched fist — meaning the closed hand — with moles around it like the moles of a cluster of dates.'
