حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ سَ

مُرَةَ وَسُئِلَ عَنْ شَيْبِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ كَانَ فِي رَأْسِهِ شَعَرَاتٌ إِذَا دَهَنَ رَأْسَهُ لَمْ تَتَبَيَّنْ وَإِذَا لَمْ يَدْهُنْهُ تَتَبَيَّنُ

English Translation
It was narrated from Jabir ibn Samura (may Allah be pleased with him) that he was asked about the grey hair of the Prophet ﷺ. He said: 'He had some grey hairs on his head which, when he oiled his hair, would not be visible, but when he did not oil it, they would show.'
