Chain of Narration (Isnad)
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ أَنَّ أَهْلَ بَيْتٍ كَانُوا بِالْحَرَّةِ مُحْتَاجِينَ قَالَ فَمَاتَتْ عِنْدَ

هُمْ نَاقَةٌ لَهُمْ أَوْ لِغَيْرِهِمْ فَرَخَّصَ لَهُمْ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي أَكْلِهَا قَالَ فَعَصَمَتْهُمْ بَقِيَّةَ شِتَائِهِمْ أَوْ سَنَتِهِمْ

English Translation
It was narrated from Jabir ibn Samura (may Allah be pleased with him) that a household at al-Harra was in need and a she-camel died among them. The Prophet ﷺ gave them permission to eat it. He said: The rest of it sustained them.
