حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْن

ِ بُرَيْدَةَ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ أَحْسَنَ مَا غُيِّرَ بِهِ هَذَا الشَّيْبُ الْحِنَّاءُ وَالْكَتَمُ

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Dharr al-Ghifari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The best thing with which to change white hair is henna and indigo.'
