Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ضَلِيعَ الْفَمِ أَشْكَلَ الْعَيْنِ مَنْهُوسَ الْعَقِبَيْنِ
قُلْتُ لِسِمَاكٍ مَا ضَلِيعُ الْفَمِ قَالَ عَظِيمُ الْفَمِ قُلْتُ مَا أَشْكَلُ الْعَيْنِ قَالَ طَوِيلُ شُفْرِ الْعَيْنِ قُلْتُ مَا مَنْهُوسُ الْعَقِبِ قَالَ قَلِيلُ لَحْمِ الْعَقِبِ

English Translation
It was narrated from Jabir ibn Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: 'The Messenger of Allah ﷺ had a wide mouth, elongated eyes, and little flesh on his heels.' [Simak was asked: What is 'wide-mouthed'? He said: Large-mouthed. He was asked: What is 'elongated eyes'? He said: Long eye-lashes. He was asked: What is 'little flesh on heels'? He said: Little flesh on the heels.]
