It was narrated from Jabir ibn Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: 'The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to recite in Fajr prayer Surah Qaf and the Glorious Quran, and his prayer after that was shortened. And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, when he prayed Fajr, would sit in his place of prayer until the sun had risen.'
