حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّي حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الدَّسْتُوَائِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ إِبْ
رَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْجَدَلِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْأَنْصَارِيِّ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُوتِرُ أَوَّلَ اللَّيْلِ وَأَوْسَطَهُ وَآخِرَهُ

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Mas'ud Uqba ibn Amr al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ permitted wiping over leather socks for one day and night for the resident and three days and nights for the traveler.
