حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَنَا سُفْيَانُ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ التَّيْمِيِّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ

مَيْمُونٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْجَدَلِيِّ عَنْ خُزَيْمَةَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ جَعَلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ لِلْمُسَافِرِ وَيَوْمًا وَلَيْلَةً لِلْمُقِيمِ وَأَيْمُ اللَّهِ لَوْ مَضَى السَّائِلُ فِي مَسْأَلَتِهِ لَجَعَلَهَا خَمْسًا

English Translation
It was narrated from Khuzayma ibn Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: 'The Prophet ﷺ set three days and nights for the traveler and a day and night for the resident regarding wiping over leather socks.'
