حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ حَدَّثَنَا رَبَاحٌ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ حَبِيبٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَار

ٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ حُجْرٍ الْمَدَرِيِّ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا تُرْقِبُوا فَمَنْ أَرْقَبَ فَسَبِيلُ الْمِيرَاثِ

English Translation
It was narrated from Zayd ibn Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: 'The Messenger of Allah ß said: "Do not make conditional gifts (ruqba). Whoever makes a conditional gift, then it follows the law of inheritance."'
