حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ الْمُزَابَنَةِ وَالْمُحَاقَلَةِ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ رَخَّصَ لِأَهْلِ الْعَرَايَا أَنْ يَبِيعُوهَا بِمِثْلِ خَرْصِهَا
English Translation
It was narrated from Zayd ibn Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ß forbade muzabana and muhaqala (certain exchanges), except that he granted a concession to those with araya (gift palms) to sell them for their estimated equivalent.
