English Translation
It was narrated from 'Ubadah ibn al-Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) that when revelation came down upon the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he would be distressed by it and his face would turn pale. When it was lifted from him, he would say three times: 'Take from me, take from me. Allah has made a way for them: the married with the married — one hundred lashes and stoning; and the unmarried with the unmarried — one hundred lashes and exile for a year.'
