Hadith #134
Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا بَشِيرُ بْنُ الْمُهَاجِرِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَعَلَّمُوا الْبَقَرَةَ وَآلَ عِمْرَانَ فَإِنَّهُمَا الزَّهْر
َاوَانِ يَجِيئَانِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ كَأَنَّهُمَا غَمَامَتَانِ أَوْ كَأَنَّهُمَا غَيَايَتَانِ أَوْ كَأَنَّهُمَا فِرْقَانِ مِنْ طَيْرٍ صَوَافَّ يُحَاجَّانِ وَقَالَ وَكِيعٌ مَرَّةً يُجَادِلَانِ عَنْ صَاحِبِهِمَا

English Translation
It was narrated from Buraidah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Learn Surah al-Baqarah and Surah Al 'Imran, for they are the two radiant ones that will come on the Day of Resurrection as if they were two clouds or two canopies or two flocks of birds in formation, arguing in defense of their companion.'
