حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ صَاحِبُ الزِّيَادِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَل
َّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ رَجُلًا دَخَلَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ يَتَسَحَّرُ فَقَالَ إِنَّ السَّحُورَ بَرَكَةٌ أَعْطَاكُمُوهَا اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فَلَا تَدَعُوهَا

English Translation
It was narrated from a man from the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ that a man entered upon the Prophet ﷺ while he was eating the pre-dawn meal. He said: 'The pre-dawn meal is a blessing that Allah Almighty has given you, so do not abandon it.'
