English Translation
It was narrated from Zayd ibn Arqam (may Allah be pleased with him) that Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) called on the people to testify, saying: 'I adjure by Allah any man who heard the Prophet ﷺ say: O Allah, whoever I am his master, Ali is his master. O Allah, befriend those who befriend him and be an enemy to those who are an enemy to him.' Sixteen men stood and testified.
