Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ الضَّمْرِيِّ قَالُ سَمِعْتُ رِجَالًا
مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَتَحَدَّثُونَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا أُعْتِقَتْ الْأَمَةُ وَهِيَ تَحْتَ الْعَبْدِ فَأَمْرُهَا بِيَدِهَا فَإِنْ هِيَ أَقَرَّتْ حَتَّى يَطَأَهَا فَهِيَ امْرَأَتُهُ لَا تَسْتَطِيعُ فِرَاقَهُ

English Translation
It was narrated from men among the Companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'When a slave woman is freed while she is married to a slave, the matter is in her hands. If she consents until he has relations with her, she is his wife and cannot leave him.'
