English Translation
It was narrated from Buraidah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: 'I was sitting with the Prophet ﷺ and heard the Prophet ﷺ say: "A people with broad faces and small eyes — as if their faces were shields — will drive my ummah, saying it three times, until they join them to the Arabian Peninsula. As for the first wave, those who flee will be saved; as for the second, some will perish and some will be saved; as for the third, all who remain will be burned." They said: "O Prophet of Allah, who are they?" He said: "They are the Turks." He added: "By the One in Whose hand is my soul, they will surely tie their horses to the pillars of the Muslims' mosques."' And Buraidah would not depart from the Turks.
