حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَن

ِ بْنِ عَابِسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهٍِ عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ شَرَطَ لِأَخِيهِ شَرْطًا لَا يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَفِيَ لَهُ بِهِ فَهُوَ كَالْمُدْلِي جَارَهُ إِلَى غَيْرِ مَنَعَةٍ

English Translation
It was narrated from Hudhayfa (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: "Whoever makes a condition with his brother that he has no intention of fulfilling is like someone who lures his neighbour to a place without protection."'
