Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ الْحَذَّاءُ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ أَوْسٍ وَقَالَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ مَرَّةً يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ أَوْسٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ خَطَبَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ زَمَنَ الْفَتْحِ وَقَالَ مَرَّةً يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ فَقَالَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّ
هُ وَحْدَهُ صَدَقَ وَعْدَهُ وَنَصَرَ عَبْدَهُ وَهَزَمَ الْأَحْزَابَ وَحْدَهُ أَلَا إِنَّ كُلَّ مَأْثُرَةٍ تُعَدُّ وَتُدَّعَى وَدَمٍ وَمَالٍ تَحْتَ قَدَمَيَّ هَاتَيْنِ إِلَّا سِدَانَةَ الْبَيْتِ أَوْ سِقَايَةَ الْحَاجِّ أَلَا وَإِنَّ قَتِيلَ خَطَإِ الْعَمْدِ قَالَ خَالِدٌ أَوْ قَالَ قَتِيلُ الْخَطَإِ شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ قَتِيلُ السَّوْطِ وَالْعَصَا مِائَةٌ مِنْ الْإِبِلِ مِنْهَا أَرْبَعُونَ فِي بُطُونِهَا أَوْلَادُهَا

English Translation
It was narrated from a man among the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ that he said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ delivered a sermon at the time of the Conquest — and in one narration: on the day of the Conquest of Makkah — and said: 'There is no god but Allah alone, He fulfilled His promise, supported His servant, and defeated the confederates alone. Know that every claim of honor, every blood claim, and every financial claim from the time of ignorance is now beneath these two feet of mine, except the custodianship of the Kaaba and the provision of water to pilgrims.'
