حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ أَخْبَرَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ أَبِي رَبِيعَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَي
ْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَمَرَنِي اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ بِحُبِّ أَرْبَعَةٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِي أَرَى شَرِيكًا قَالَ وَأَخْبَرَنِي أَنَّهُ يُحِبُّهُمْ عَلِيٌّ مِنْهُمْ وَأَبُو ذَرٍّ وَسَلْمَانُ وَالْمِقْدَادُ الْكِنْدِيُّ

English Translation
It was narrated from Buraidah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet ﷺ said: 'Allah, the Almighty, commanded me to love four among my companions, and informed me that He loves them: 'Ali is among them, and Abu Dharr, and Salman, and al-Miqdad al-Kindi.'
