حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْ
دَةَ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ بُرَيْدَةَ بْنِ حُصَيْبٍ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ كُنْتُ نَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنْ ثَلَاثٍ عَنْ زِيَارَةِ الْقُبُورِ فَزُورُوهَا فَإِنَّ فِي زِيَارَتِهَا عِظَةً وَعِبْرَةً وَنَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنْ لُحُومِ الْأَضَاحِيِّ فَوْقَ ثَلَاثٍ فَكُلُوا وَادَّخِرُوا وَنَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنْ النَّبِيذِ فِي هَذِهِ الْأَسْقِيَةِ فَاشْرَبُوا وَلَا تَشْرَبُوا حَرَامًا

English Translation
It was narrated from Buraidah ibn Husayb (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'I had forbidden you from three things: from visiting graves — now visit them, for in visiting them is a reminder and a lesson. I had forbidden you from the meat of sacrificial animals for more than three days — now eat them and store them. I had forbidden you from nabidh in these vessels — now drink from them, but do not drink anything unlawful.'
