حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ الْمُطَّلِبِ بْنِ عَبْدِ ال

لَّهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَهَا يَا عَائِشَةُ اسْتَتِرِي مِنْ النَّارِ وَلَوْ بِشِقِّ تَمْرَةٍ فَإِنَّهَا تَسُدُّ مِنْ الْجَائِعِ مَسَدَّهَا مِنْ الشَّبْعَانِ

English Translation
It was narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to her: 'O Aisha, protect yourself from the Fire even with half a date, for it fills the hungry as it fills the satisfied.'
