English Translation

It was narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that when she was told someone was ill and not eating, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'You should use talbina [a broth made from flour] and give it to him to sip. By the One in Whose hand is my soul, it clears the belly of one of you just as you clean your face with water from dirt.'
