حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ مُوسَى الْجُهَنِيِّ قَالَ جَاءُوا بِعُسٍّ فِي رَمَضَانَ فَحَزَ

رْتُهُ ثَمَانِيَةَ أَوْ تِسْعَةَ أَوْ عَشْرَةَ أَرْطَالٍ فَقَالَ مُجَاهِدٌ حَدَّثَتْنِي عَائِشَةُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَغْتَسِلُ بِمِثْلِ هَذَا

English Translation
It was narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) regarding the amount of water used for the ritual bath: the questioner indicated a vessel holding eight, nine, or ten ratls. Mujahid said: 'Aisha told me that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to bathe with the equivalent of this.'
