English Translation
Nasr ibn Bab narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from Qatadah, from 'Abdullah ibn Ja'far (رضي الله عنهما), who said: The last I saw of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he had fresh dates in one hand and cucumber in the other. He was eating from this and biting from that. And he said: 'The best part of a sheep is the meat of the back.'
