حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ وَابْنُ بَكْرٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَهُ أَبُو مَعْبَدٍ مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ ع
َلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي عَشِيَّةِ عَرَفَةَ وَغَدَاةِ جَمْعٍ لِلنَّاسِ حِينَ دَفَعُوا عَلَيْكُمْ السَّكِينَةَ وَهُوَ كَافٌّ نَاقَتَهُ حَتَّى إِذَا دَخَلَ مِنًى حِينَ هَبَطَ مُحَسِّرًا قَالَ عَلَيْكُمْ بِحَصَى الْخَذْفِ الَّذِي يُرْمَى بِهِ الْجَمْرَةُ وَالنَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُشِيرُ بِيَدِهِ كَمَا يَخْذِفُ الْإِنْسَانُ

English Translation
Rawh narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj narrated to us, and Ibn Bakr said: Ibn Jurayj narrated to us, Abu al-Zubayr informed me that Abu Ma'bad, the freed slave of Ibn 'Abbas, informed him, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Abbas, from al-Fadl ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنه), from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, that he said on the evening of 'Arafah and the morning of Muzdalifah to the people when they departed: "Upon you is tranquility." And he was restraining his she-camel. When he entered Mina and descended Muhassir, he said: "Take pebbles the size of date stones with which to stone the Jamrah." And the Prophet ﷺ was gesturing with his hand as a person throws pebbles.
