English Translation

Ishaq, meaning Ibn Yusuf, narrated to us, from Sharik, from Khusayf, from Miqsam, from Ibn 'Abbas, who said: "The sun eclipsed, so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and his Companions stood. He recited a long surah, then bowed. Then he raised his head and recited, then bowed and prostrated twice. Then he stood and recited and bowed, then prostrated twice: four bowings and four prostrations in two rak'ahs."
