حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ الْأَحْوَلُ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَعْدًا يَقُولُ سَمِعَتْ أُذُنَايَ وَوَعَى قَلْبِي مِنْ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّه
ُ مَنْ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ وَهُوَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُ غَيْرُ أَبِيهِ فَالْجَنَّةُ عَلَيْهِ حَرَامٌ قَالَ فَلَقِيتُ أَبَا بَكْرَةَ فَحَدَّثْتُهُ فَقَالَ وَأَنَا سَمِعَهُ أُذُنَايَ وَوَعَى قَلْبِي مِنْ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

English Translation
Abu 'Uthman al-Nahdi (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that i heard Sa'd (رضي الله عنه) saying: 'My two ears heard and my heart retained from Muhammad ﷺ that whoever claims attribution to someone other than his father, while knowing he is not his father, then Paradise is forbidden for him.' He said: 'Then I met Abu Bakrah and told him, and he said: And my two ears heard and my heart retained from Muhammad ﷺ [the same].'
