حَدَّثَنَا شُجَاعُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ عَنْ أَبِي جَنَابٍ الْكَلْ

بِيِّ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ ثَلَاثٌ هُنَّ عَلَيَّ فَرَائِضُ وَهُنَّ لَكُمْ تَطَوُّعٌ الْوَتْرُ وَالنَّحْرُ وَصَلَاةُ الضُّحَى

English Translation

Shuja' ibn al-Walid narrated from Abu Janab al-Kalbi, from 'Ikrimah, from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: 'Three things are obligatory upon me and voluntary for you: the witr prayer, the sacrifice (on Eid al-Adha), and the Duha prayer.'
