English Translation
'Umar ibn Sa'd narrated from his father (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'How wonderful is the affair of the believer: if good befalls him, he praises Allah and gives thanks; and if a calamity befalls him, he seeks reward and is patient. The believer is rewarded for everything, even for the morsel of food he raises to his mouth.'
