Chain of Narration (Isnad)
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا هَمَّامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ عُقْبَةَ بْنَ عَامِرٍ أَتَى النَّبِيّ

َ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرَ أَنَّ أُخْتَهُ نَذَرَتْ أَنْ تَمْشِيَ إِلَى الْبَيْتِ قَالَ مُرْ أُخْتَكَ أَنْ تَرْكَبَ وَلْتُهْدِ بَدَنَةً

English Translation
Yazid narrated to us, Hammam informed us, from Qatadah, from 'Ikrimah, from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما), that 'Uqbah ibn 'Amir came to the Prophet ﷺ and mentioned that his sister had vowed to walk to the House (Ka'bah). He said: "Command your sister to ride and offer a sacrificial camel (badanah)."
