English Translation
Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, Hajjaj narrated to us, from al-Minhal ibn 'Amr, from 'Abdullah ibn al-Harith, from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما). Abu Mu'awiyah said: I believe he raised it (to the Prophet ﷺ). He said: "Whoever visits a sick person and says: 'I ask Allah the Almighty, Lord of the Mighty Throne, to cure you,' seven times, Allah will cure him if his term has been delayed" — meaning if death is not imminent. And Yazid narrated it to me without doubt in raising it (to the Prophet ﷺ), with the same chain of narration.
