English Translation
Isma'il ibn 'Umar narrated to us, al-Mas'udi narrated to us, from al-Hakam, from Miqsam, from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) who said: When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ departed from 'Arafat, the people rushed. So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered a caller to announce: "O people, righteousness is not in racing your horses and riding camels!" He said: I did not see any mount raising its legs in a gallop until they reached Muzdalifah.
