حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ بْن أَحْمَد وَسَمِعْتُهُ أَنَا مِنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْ
نِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ يَرْفَعُهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ لَمْ يُوَقِّرْ الْكَبِيرَ وَيَرْحَمْ الصَّغِيرَ وَيَأْمُرْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَى عَنْ الْمُنْكَرِ

English Translation
'Uthman ibn Muhammad narrated to us — 'Abdullah ibn Ahmad said: and I heard it from 'Uthman ibn Muhammad — Jarir narrated to us, from Layth, from 'Abd al-Malik ibn Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from 'Ikrimah, from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما), who raised it to the Prophet ﷺ, who said: "He is not one of us who does not respect the elder, show mercy to the young, and command what is right and forbid what is wrong."
