Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا عَتَّابُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْمُبَارَكِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَطَاءٍ أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَكَلَ مِنْ كَتِفٍ أَوْ ذِرَاعٍ ثُمَّ قَامَ فَصَلَّى وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ
English Translation
'Attab ibn Ziyad narrated to us, 'Abdullah — meaning Ibn al-Mubarak — narrated to us, Musa ibn 'Uqbah informed us, from Muhammad ibn 'Amr ibn 'Ata', who narrated that he heard Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) say: "I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ eat from a shoulder — or a foreleg — then he stood and prayed without performing wudu'."
