حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أ

َبِي عَمْرٍو عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ كَانَتْ قِرَاءَةُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِاللَّيْلِ قَدْرَ مَا يَسْمَعُهُ مَنْ فِي الْحُجْرَةِ وَهُوَ فِي الْبَيْتِ

English Translation
Surayj narrated to us, Ibn Abi al-Zinad narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn Abi 'Amr, from 'Ikrimah, from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) who said: The recitation of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ at night was such that a person in the room could hear it, and a person in the house could hear it.
