حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ ابْنَةَ خِذَامٍ أَتَتْ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرَتْ أَنَّ أَبَاهَا زَوَّجَهَا وَهِيَ كَارِهَةٌ فَخَيَّرَهَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
English Translation
Husayn narrated to us, Jarir narrated to us, from Ayyub, from 'Ikrimah, from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) that the daughter of Khidham came to the Prophet ﷺ and mentioned that her father had married her off while she was unwilling. So the Prophet ﷺ gave her the choice.
