حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَ

خْبَرَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ قَالَ عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ رُفَيْعٍ أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ لَمْ يَنْزِلْ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَ عَرَفَاتٍ وَجَمْعٍ إِلَّا لِيُهَرِيقَ الْمَاءَ

English Translation
'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Isra'il informed us, he said 'Abd al-'Aziz — meaning Ibn Rufay' — informed me. Someone who heard Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) saying: 'the Prophet ﷺ never stopped at any place except that he prayed two rak'ahs — unless it was an obligatory prayer.'
